- A message from your PTOs!

As we move to the Grade Level Center format for our elementary school buildings, the three existing PTO’s have all voted to merge into one, larger PTO organization.
These PTO Members have spent a lot of time together over the last several months, really working together to outline this new structure and to set our new PTO up for success. We have some very dedicated PTO officers and school staff in our elementary buildings and they’ve come up with some great initiatives as we look forward to the 2018-2019 school year.

By forming one PTO, we’ll be able to have representation from each building and will be able to better coordinate events (whether district-wide or building specific), allowing for more consistency and ease of scheduling for families.

Our first meeting will be on Monday, May 21st at 5:30 p.m. at Holmes Elementary, where we will be electing our new officers and establishing our new governing by-laws.

We are looking for dedicated parents to get involved and have listed the elected positions below. The PTO meets once per month and then assists with various events throughout the year, but the schedule is flexible. Most of our PTO Officers hold full time jobs along with other responsibilities and are easily able to make it work. We would love to have you involved next year! It’s a great way to meet fellow parents, build better relationships with teachers and give students a great learning experience.

If you’re interested in an officer position for the 2018-2019 school year, please get in touch with any of the current officers listed below. This will be a critical year for so many reasons and we need energetic and enthusiastic people to help us make it the best year ever!
